Mr Beat went on to explains American first foreign venture wars against piracy and how eventually a

understanding and a pseudo state and alliance was formed between the then Ottoman Empire  and th creation of the unofficial Barbary States deep state of North Africa. European middlemen and North African leaders would rule with Americans blessing during colonization but eventually the deep sate Turkish and American alliance would come to fruition and we are seeing cracks with the alliance between the Barbary Sates and the United ayes with Recep

Tayipp's sudden shift as Turkey seems to want a larger role and to break this alliance of the deep states of the Atlantic.  Me Beat stated the alliance was retained for hundred of year sin the Mediterranean

The amount of infighting that is going into the Barbary American alliance is incredible and the Libyan civil war is a direct result of this fact.
