A s a devoted historian and true crime reporter I have long noticed that about the tun of last century or two the most dangerous place in America was the street tavern as most urban murders and crime took place in and around taverns, As a bartender by trade voted the worse bartender in Illinois I was glad not to be pat of that dangerous era where bar fight were the predominate form of murder in America before the rise of the serial killer and criminal drug gangs yet it appears the days of the bar murders are coming back and I am close to retiring from the Itasca Inn on Irving Park Road in Itasca, Illinois. Down the street about seven miles there is a bar in Schiller Park Illinois on the other side of O'Hare called Chasers and last June a vicious Lebanese killed a Mexican American in a scumbag bar called Chasers whom there are
people I know who are regulars to that shit hole off Rover road often a pit spot towards the casino in Des Palines and off beautiful Irving Park road that connects Chicago to the rest of the state of Illinois. A man named Kasim Askar brutally murdered Giovanny Pineda in some silly argument whether the Leon Lions of Mexican soccer were better than the national Lebanese soccer team or something like this.
