It is clear to say that once again for the sixteenth time in his career Big Ben Rothlisberger is not going to the Super Bowl, The Pittsburgh Steelers were easily defeated and humiliated as they went down in defeat to the Cincinnati Bengals and were shocked and humiliated this past weekend. Ben Rothlisberger failed miserable and this must go down as one of his worse performances and worse defeats in his career as Ben is over the hill and has been with the chances of him appearing in his fourth Super Bowl looks at it will never occur. Ben was sacked and backed all over the field against the Bengals who are the rising team in the division and many pundits wondered why Ben Rothlisberger continues to play and just doesn't retire and it must be all about the Benjamin why he keeps appearing playing football every fall and winter. Big Ben failed and is falling fast as are the fortunes of the Pittsburgh Penguins who have long dominated the AFC Central under Mike Tomlin but thus domination was not likely to last forever and may finally be coming to an end
Ben Rothlisberg's miserable performance in the 24-10 loss to Joe Burrough's burgeoning Bengals was further proof that The Steelers are toast and declining majorly and now is the right time for Big Ben to leave after this season as planed as there are new younger players whose time is to rise and take over in the league. Joe Burrough is just one of them and he ripped apart the Steelers defense and the Bengals defense battered and beat down Ben Rothlisberger nailing the final nail and deprive the Pittsburgh Steelers a legitimate chance to make the playoffs and ride through the Super Bowl.
Ben Rothlisberger Super Bowl days are long over and kaput and he is expected to finally call it a career after this year and he is finito. Ben Rothlisberger should do the Steelers a favor and just retire now and let some other quarterbacks take control and let the Steeler organization to see if they have hos replacement. Benjamin is not going anywhere this season and he is eagerly waiting for the season o end so he can establish and start a m]sports media career like Drew Brees.
