Paul Teutul Sr and treatment of workers typical of business owners

Carl Olsen
The mass differences and rewards of those who own companies and the people who own and operate them can no better be illustrated than by the differences in lifestyles of Paul  Teutul Sr and his labor. Not even sure if the jackass still has his program but clearly without the program it is unlikely that his company would still be in operational and the differences of equality would be so apart. Paul Sr rarely shared the wealth of his capital with his ninkampoof workers like Mike Amoroti and Rick Petko that basically did everything on the shop floor of the actual grunt manufacturing and assembly of Orange County Choppers. Everything that is wrong with modern economics and the way business is run and maximized in today's world can be illustrated by the way Paul Teutul Sr runs his chopper company and treats his workers on the shop floor. Clearly watching one f these programs and seeing how little this guy does in his office just kicking down doors while other guys do the grunt labor intensive work moving body joints and pressure while this old clown walks around and does something for a few minutes in front of the camera before retiring to his chair and computer screen. This same scenario is acted out at companies throughout the Western world from Chopper manufactures to office supply companies.
