The amount of unfunded pensions that the city and county own blue city workers get is one of the principal factors why Milwaukee is always on the verge of bankruptcy and insolvent. With this in mind failed Governor Tony Evers has worked and had to give concessions to Republicans in many regards of the new budget that staved off Milwaukee's apparent bankruptcy.
