Mark Steyn's concern about Japan's sexual interests

Mark Steyn writes articles mostly for National Review magazine and elsewhere on the Internet. his latest piece was talking about the demoghrapic nightmare that is Japan. Mark Steyn talks about the cat motels that lonely elderly people in Japan spend time and money. These people have no grandchildren because as a society japan has quit sex. People in their thirties have never dated and many men have developed other habits that take their time and energy away from courting and buying off females for companionship. Given the fact that Japanese women have all sorts of opportunities this should not come as a surprise from what has been a traditionally sexiest society. The problem with Steyn is that he sees this in similar terms with European people and the decline of the birth rate over there compared to Islamic folks who guarantee a wife for every available groom. This is the real fear of Steyn when he studies the declining birth rates in countries like Italy and Japan and tries to come up with answers.
     The extreme of the Japanese situation is a bright goal and something to look forward to seeing the rest of the West fall into and no where does Steyn lay blame to the falling economy of Japan. No where does Steyn say the cultural attitude of women towards procreating with only wildly successful guys as a result of Japan's falling interest in raising a family. Japanese women are arrogant and if their needs are not met they are not going to bother with a boyfriend. It is because of this attitude that many Japanese men prefer a cyber viral girlfriend. They feel a Western inspired education and office corporate career are more important than a two thousand year old culture to preserve. Japan is doomed to become as inconsequential as the Marshal Islands as people have no pride in their nation. If an once over sexed people like Japan can lose total interest from both genders in procreating this can happen to any culture that puts so much emphasize on material things and the top careers that are necessary to consume. This is a country that has totally been rewritten and remade by the West following World War II from a European capitalist culture and that has more to do with the current state of Japanese attitudes about modern life and surviving than anything native in Japan. The real reason for Japans decline and inability to forge relationships has more to do with erasing of Japan's once unique ancient culture. Add that a porn capitalist sexual liberation philosophy of the corrupt system of capitalism and that sex is a profit business and you have all the recipes for a country to kill itself off as Japan is currently accomplishing much to the dismay of men like Mark Steyn. Men who only want certain ethnic and racial groups to procreate and inhabit the globe.
