David Pakaman has religious nut Carl Gallups this week

 This is Carl Gallups and he is a religious nut who wrote some book magic up in the sky. He appeared on the David Pakman show the other day expecting to be able to just ramble on about his god and the book of Ezekiel, Joshua, and Moe. David Pakman is a great young liberal, secular Jew on the Internet and has had to deal with these fools from time to time and these Pakman youtube and podcasts are amusing. These preachers of faith are not use to being interrupted when they get going about their scam called religion and their bullshit is not taken lightly from secular hosts like David Pakman. Pakman is no foo and not about to let these right wing preachers use his show as their pulpit. Mr Gallups was on the program to debate Christianity and defend his practices and bizarre beliefs but watching the video the guy clearly does not want to debate. The guy constantly complained about whenever Pakaman cut him off and didn't appreciate not being able to finish his long winded answers to relatively simple straightforward questions. This guy looked like a total whinny fool on this podcast further casting a negative light to his silly religion and views of Christianity. I love when Pakman has these right wing fools on his show and he clearly exposes them as the spurious jackasses they are in real life. Mr Gallups was clearly frustrated and felt he was not able to go onto great detail defending his faith by pretty much giving Pakman's audience a full sermon as the poor fools of this guys church have to deal with on a weekly basis. A happy thirtieth birthday to the young liberal elitist and keep them Christian nut jobs coming as guests once a week. I may check out this Gallups book and just rip it to shreds one day.

"Pluto Files' not one of Neil DeGrasse's better books

   Pluto is just one of trillions chunks of ice being thrown about the universe and for some reason this former planet gets a lot of press coverage. Ever since some scientists demoted this natural satellite from a planet to just another space object many have come to the defense of Pluto. Neil Degrasse Tyson's book called the Pluto Files covers all this and is not really a interesting science book. The mass hysteria and debate about Pluto's planetary status is all about a bunch of bored astronomers and fans that wish there could be something more exciting to talk about. We are not ever going to mars on foot despite all the money an Elon Musk or Richard Branson will waste instead of helping the troubles of people on Earth.  Mr Tyson has many better books I imagine on science and planetary bodies but this book is pretty much a waste. I always knew Pluto didn't deserve the status as the last planet in our solar system just from size alone. This book does a good job giving a history of the discovery of Pluto and early name choice of the planet by some daughter of an academic elitist. It is good to see many years later scientists finally proclaim Pluto what it is and a planet it never was to be. Bigger telescopes and more acute observations have put this planet back to the space junk status it was always reserved in the solar systems. 

Dinesh D'Souza arrested

Dinesh D'Souza was arrested not too long ago as he violated campaign contribution laws giving his friend 20 grand where the limit for foreigners to donate to American political candidates. He had known fellow Ivy leagurer Wendy Long way back in the eighties in their time at Dartmouth College in her senate race to fill Hillary Clinton's old senate seat. Dinesh often rallied against elitist Ivy league control in his numerous writings and rants against Barack Obama. Now some conservatives say this dude is being singled out for his successful film of a few years ago basically where he questioned everything about Barack Obama. This guy and others need to look at themselves instead of focusing on those politicians who are on the other side of the political spectrum. Guys like Dinesh are all about keeping wealth away from the masses and worry about Obama's redistribution plans

D'Souza donated $20,000 to Long's campaign by aggregating the money from various people and falsely reporting the source of the funds. This is a common method of funneling money rich people do to buy the pockets of politicians who thus give the contributors of mass money important policy making decisions that benefit their industry. it is good to see a jerk like Dinesh arrested for violating campaign ethics and maybe he can add this to future movies he makes.

A post American world looked forward too

   The Post American World is a book written by Indian born scholar Fareed Zakaria. I was lucky to meet this guy one time and he is a bright man realistic of the post-American dominance the world has known. His book gives hoe for people tired of the superpower we know as America dictating and getting involved in so many far away laces. The growth of other regions will it  check of US hegemony. Fareed examines the Past structures of Asian states and sees a bias against merchants as a reason why the West flew pass bigger Asia powers and empires that contained way more people. These groups have learned their lesson and the growth we see in Asia today is a result f this resurgent economic changes new leaders installed. Geography also explains the rise iof Europe
 as geographic barriers created numerous states all competing for human capital. Europeans were opening contact with  other states while major Asian empires were closing their doors to all outsiders.

    Fareed predicts that China will blow pass America and Europe and be the new superpower in the world. already China is establishing ties in Africa and India is also rising using its young work force to improve its economic place in the world.  The different worldview and traditions of these countries is being proclaimed as they enter the global stage. Fareed talks about if differences of easterners concept of god as a future benefit in the new economy and global world stage these countries are set to take up. Many critics have attacked this book as they cant deal with the fact that Americas pinnacle place in worlds affairs is coming to an end. He ends the book extolling the power and magnet this country still is for people all around the world who with to come here. The country has unique strengths that should help it remain an important player as new emerging powers take their knew role as the globes leaders and how Americans can change with this will go a faraway if we are to remain successful or just another weak old empire.  He suggests our country seek a new purpose and get away from eternal fear it has of other groups displacing our power as predicted in the past. Obviously this fear and demand to remain at the top has caused us to be so oil conscious and addicted to growth and industry.  Wishing to be the worlds largest consumer of cheap oil has caused us to think we need to be everywhere and we will not like it when these new powers tell us we cant be somewhere any longer. Make n mistake though Fareed Zakaria is a globalist who thinks trade and migration are the key to economic prosperity of others outside the one percent. He just wants to see the educated global elites look more rainbow and prosper where their rue is more legit due to their economic successes and not their military might.

Amy Chua realizes that she is where she is because she was born Chinese

  I am really surprised by Amy Chua. I always thought she was some sociology writer who wrote about education, schooling, or children. I happened to notice a book at a local library entitled"World on Fire" where she writes about how exporting free market democracy has installed minority controlled markets in other countries. This ultimately leads ethnic hatred and causes instability in regions all around the world. This book was printed way back in 2003 and I am surprised I didn't come across this book sooner. mrs chuagets it on the domination of a small elite group in countries all over the world. 

   Amy Chua opens he book about the death of her Aunt who was part of the Chinese elite running everything in business in the philliines. Amy's aunt openly downed Filipinos and her servants in front of them and eventually she was murdered by one of her servants. Many wealthy Chinese have been killed by the poverty stricken population in America's former overseas possession. Amy explains how Chinese ethnic dominance in Asia occurred . Whether it is Burma, Indonesia, Thailand, or Vietnam the rich in these Asian countries usually has a Chinese face and the indegionous population has a monopoly on poverty. The Chinese have prospered under both colonialism and globalization which is basically almost the same thing. Some countries such as Malaysia have tried hard to battle this economic inequality with affirmative action programs but clearly expulsion is going to be the only way for these non-Chinese Asians to acquire their own country back.

   The rise of racial consciousness in Latin America is researched by Mrs Chua as light skinned descendants of Europeans and Spaniards dominate countries with an overwhelming Indian and mestizo majority. White rule has endured "independence" over the years but as Amy writes new leaders are opening up their ethnic Amerindian pride in such places as Bolivia,Venezuela, and Peru. Democracy has failed thanks to  legendary US backed coups in the region and America has always feared rule of the people in this region. The areas Amerindian people have basically been serfs and our excluded from the growing prosperity of the region thanks to foreign investors that prefer people taller and more white like them. Mexico is another country where rulers share pigmentation with the conquistadors while those stuck in uttermost poverty resemble the Aztecs. Things have not changed much in the hundreds of years in Latin American history. The political awakening of pordos in Latin America as to why the rulers of commerce and business look like their conquers is a long waited justice finally coming to light.

   Africa's continuing inequality is briefly examined and conditions in Southern Africa have only lightly improved. The backlash against markets and democracy are the most interesting chapters in the book and many  countries and regions are brought up. The basic fact that every ethnic conflicts basically the direct result of one group having more and preventing a rival access for economic improvements. A chapter of Israel's conquest and rule in a small area is observed and can be compared to the earlier conquistador and English land grabs in the Americas. jews are the classic regional market-dominate minority everywhere they have been and the reason why they have traditionally been so disdained more than their actual religious behaviors or rituals.

  Chua ends the book about the largest market dominate force on the world stage . The United States has been the most arrogant and driving force for these narrowing of market rule by the few. The chapter why they hate us is pretty much an explanation how we use our technology and revenues o dictate more power and influence everywhere. This policy is how america became internationally strong at the expense of the worlds people. he destruction of laissez-faire american economic model is what is really needed to prevent ethnic conflict and inequality around the world. Its time is coming. It was only a hundred years ago on the eve of the Great War Britian was an empire.  More anti-market anti elite people will be elected in these countries backing away from American influence and demands that will climactically see a weakenig of our position. The world will be a better place then.This is a good book and it is good to see that Amy Chua realize she is where she is because she was born Chinese and not mala or filipino aqnd was able to marry a rich jew.

Nick Digilio goes legit

   It is good to listen a few times to Nick Digilio's podcast from WGN radio and see him actually interview people and read some books. nick had the writer of the downfall of Anheseur-Busch not too long ago. he also had a guest about how to survive a brutal winter and extreme cold he other night. Maybe someone i management finally lit a fire under his ass and got him to start reading some books and interviewing hosts a little more often instead of talking about television programs he enjoys. Nick has a good radio voice that is welcoming to listen too and has some audio potential as a host or something to listen to on corporate radio. Digilio don't know how lucky he was o have met Roy Leonard as a little boy and be given something thousands of podcaster on the web would dream of having their own show on a 50000 watt radio station and he has wasted it for years talking pop culture nonsense and about the latest fucking movies. For  about fifteen years this guy has been making slave wages filling in for on air personalities that had like 15 weeks of vacation a year. he finally was awarded a graveyard shift of his own only this past year for a few hours a night while the 99% slept in his listening airwaves. Digilio needs to stay on the ball and trying to get more interesting guests despite the difficult time slot he was handed by God and WGN. Early American pioneers industrious wiped out the pigeon

  We often here of Yankee ingenuity and how America was built on hardworking pioneers that conquered the brutal wildernesses of North America. This is complete nonsense and he extinction of the passenger pigeons shows how easy if was for the early pioneers to get a meal. basically they had like free KFC chicken meals anytime thy wanted with flocks of billions of these beautiful birds flying around all over the North American continent. One shot into a sky full of these birds would bring you fifty meals. The flocks were reported by ornithologist's of the day and reported to be five hours in lengths. These birds were so numerous and provided such easy protein for early settlers that food was really never a problem. It is amazing how quickly these birds ere decimated as flocks extended two hundred and forty miles in some cases. A hundred years ago man slaughtered the last passenger pigeon on earth and then thankfully moved on to slaughter other men in the First World War. The skys that were once blacked out like a rain storm with these birds was soon devoid of the unique noise of a million strong flock fluttering in one direction. The hard working pioneers would had a much actual hard time if not for these huge flocks that provided a man with a gun plenty of eating opportunities in harsh conditions. basically the pioneers raped the resources and habitat back in the day as well. The problem with this was that many of the natural resources were not lack slime gooey   fluid but living things that served a purpose in nature. There was no government regulation to save this species and when people finally wised up to regulate hunting it was too late. Fifty thousand birds were being killed on any given day in the 1850's to 1870's. The passenger pigeon is as much as a symbol of America's over abundance exploitation and destruction of nature as the buffalo. The only place to see these birds now is stuffed in a museum and I wouldn't be surprised if America exterminates and eliminates the turkey as well.

Rush Limbaugh's first book

    Rush Limbaugh started in radio three decades or so ago in the Midwest and should of stayed that way working for some outlet in Omaha. However in 1988 The Reagan years were coming to an end and right wing corporate Republicans were concerned their free market revolution was coming to an end. They made a fortune and now were going to invest in the media that they saw as all liberal and that year Rush Limbaugh hit the airwaves in a nationally syndicated talk show. Now mind you no one listened to the radio in 1988 as it was thirty years after television destroyed that but somehow they made this ugly shithead into some sort of important media guy claiming he had a large national audience.  some of these early Limbaugh years and his faked popularity is recapped in one of Rush's first books " The Way Things Ought to be". I read this book and it as only interesting in the fact that it was the first few years this numbskull hit it big time. few liberals thought this guy would still be relevant in this day in age but this has to do more with how national media has expanded than any real following this joker can claim. He has managed advertising dollars cause he speaks for everything big business wants to hear politically. They needed a man to speak the racist conservative anti-tax demands that would hit the pocket books of rich Americans and the corporations they run and keep to themselves. Rush is one asshole who should of disappeared like Ronald Reagan but whose health has somehow not been affected by his obviously decadent unhealthy lifestyle. I have a feeling it will catch up to him and the jackass will drop dead soon.
     Rush spends alot of time talking about abortion and it is funny it is always guys that look like him who want to tell people with the completely opposite type of body what they can do with it. This book is mostly about eighties issues that were huge from homeless, aids, animal, rights, welfare, and sexual harassment. Gay marriage was not even considered and Islamic terrorism had yet to be a real issue. These were the good days for Rush Limbaugh had much
more power than they do now. Most of these leading issues of the day have proven guys like Limbaugh
wrong whether its on the environment or peoples views on abortion. Rush Limbaugh back in 1992 
was just as wrong, boring, lame, and dumb as the Rush Limbaugh we know in 2014. This is a voice
that cannot be around for too much longer and hopefully one day soon we will look back at how this
jerk was even ever relevant.

   Arena football was an attempt by the industrial sports complex to get more corporate money flowing to the industry instead of investing and adding to the workforce. The Chicago Slaughter canceled the rest of their season at the corporate named Sears Centre in the crappy sprawl suburb of Hoffman Estates. This is the first time since 2001 that the Chicago area has been spared an arena football indoor season that few discuss nor care about. Most people in attendance get their tickets free from their companies who feel the need to give these tickets as a gift. Sears centre general manager ben Gibbs is desperate to have a tenant in the publicly funded center that has been a disaster since opening and he feels confident some group will bring a team next year as new owners will eventually be found and a bank foolish enough to invest in something that will undoubtedly go bust. Arena football is all about a desperate attempt to bring money to arenas and the thinking goes somehow pro footballs popularity will translate into profits for an unnecessary sports complex in towns across America. Sports serves as a public distraction from politics and how business leaders use influence to improv their enormous economic prosperity. That is why you see all these ultra wealthy rich guys own big time sports organizations. The b guys are the ones that want to bring you dull Arena football and indoor soccer into a tax funded arena near you.

Brother Rice pervert teacher killed in Chicago

   I have some sad news that came out the other day. A longtime brother Rice teacher named   was killed the other day apparently stabbed to death in his kitchen. Al Filan was sixty one years old and a frequent user like yours truly of the wonderful Craigslist and Backpage prostitute pages so this kind of hits home and makes me wonder.  Now most of the women on Backpage and Craiglist are hard working young ladies needing a quick buck for the latest fashion purses and shoes that advertisers have addicted like junkies. These outlets lets young ladies and old trolls like Al Filan and myself the opportunity to meet in the free-market exchange and I am sure mot of these encounters are positive in nature. What exactly happened this night that this old man got stabbed is unknown to everyone except the three people involved but I really doubt that the old man would threaten these young gals with a knife. Alisha Walker must of been angry at something and wanted her dough after the act. Perhaps looking like the monopoly man the dude thought he pay the dumb broads with monopoly money. The best place to set up these Internet trysts is always the local motel folks. There are not going to be any big slasher kitchen knives. There is now an opening in the business department at Brother Rice High School if anyone is qualified.

  There is no more repulsive character in the insect world as the cockroach. These are several species of these bugs and they all carry a number of pathogens between their travels from garbage to your kitchen counter tops.  These critters throw up their own food and love to leave their droppings all over the place.  A very difficult insect to eradicate once they become established and by far the number one pest most exterminators get a household call upon. I have battled and destroyed many nests over the years putting my body at risk for salmonella, leprosy,  typhoid, dysentery , plague, hookworm, hepatitis, staphylococcus, and streptococcus. I know few of you know what these shits are but just let me inform you all it is no good.  Perhaps the most dreaded fear for those living in unclean homes has to be the dreaded ear infection. A cockroach is impossible to get out of your ear as compared to other insects  that can get stuck in there lets say like an earwig. medical journals were filled over the years with many patients suffering an ear invasion from the dreaded German cockroach and many failed methods were attempted to get rid of this bug in peoples ear. many a nightmare of mine consisted of doctors trying to dislodge these bastards from my head. Unfortunately all these chemical spraying trying to kill off these species has done nothing but mess with my head.

Snoopy should of stayed a fucking dog

Charles Sculze is the opposite of Bill Waterson and put his strip out way too much. Peanuts is a vastly over rated comic strip and the way Charles Schulz whored out his peanuts cheapens his material. How great is being a fan of this strip when you see it in every cheesy greeting card of coffee cup everywhere. Charles Shulz drew for a really long time and one thing he didn't like about his early strips was his portray of snoopy. He liked when Snoopy was less dog like and acted more human in his later years. I think the opposite is better and this strip started going downhill when asshole Schulz decided to make Snoopy like he was another kid in the strip. Peanuts jumped the left shark when he started wearing hats on his fucking head. A dog is suppose to be on all fours, yet Charles Schulz knew nothinggg. Here is the way Snoopy should of always been portrayed in peanuts and looked good. Schulz was able to get away with the change because he did it after peanuts got big and a huge loyal following. He is the artist and supposedly knows better, but I will always think that old snoopy was better than new snoopy. I wish I could of just smacked him in the head and told him he couldn't change snoopy into a human. The syndicators should of told him he couldn't change the product like that.

Drew Peterson and why police pensions need to go away

   I am someone who has tried to get into politics for many years. One of the main reasons I try is to attempt some public measures and controls of spiraling costs of government and news of the infamous Drew Peterson and the ridiculous pensions policemen get is a case in point. Drew is fighting to retain his 6000 a month pension that his younger sons are enjoying right now as their father rots in prison for the murder of his third wife. he is the only prime suspect in the disappearance and likely murder of these kids mother as Stacy Peterson will never be found. How the fact that a scumbag like Peterson got a young woman like Stacy Peterson or anyone is mainly because of the financial reward we give to members of the police state. Stacy should of been with  man her age willing to make the financial sacrifices this country and government puts on the youth as they work so hard to retain the benefits and wealth of old drags like Drew Peterson. The coming generational financial war we encourage and nothing illustrates this more than the continuing of  outrageous pensions for old dweebs like Drew Peterson that is putting this country into a financial calamity. The young struggle to get all this education in the meantime while they have to compete for supermarket and Starbucks coffee jobs with thousands. young women need to be protected and saved from the inequality that this government helps promote and save for the ageless hoarding wonder baby boomers in America. They want to screw over the younger generations and retain their expensive homes in the suburbs and pensions that enable them to have wives twenty years their junior.  One of the best ways is starting an economy that is not filled with lucky winners or unlucky losers and where most people get a more equal distribution of pensions for retirement. I say start with the traditionally discriminatory police and firemen pensions as these departments were set up to retain ethnic wealth.

Roddy Piper pitches Wrestlemania XXX idea

  Rody Piper is approaching sixty and not sure if he will even qualify for social security. I read on many wrestling sites that he is pitching a main event idea to Vincent K McMahon involving him and Hulk Hogan and a couple of the boring young stars of todays wrestling world. The act that Roddy Piper could actually make this pitch with a straight face is pretty amusing and is riveting to think about. The thing is nobody cares to see these two smucks fake another fight and if they are even involved in anything in Wrestlemania it is just another reason to quit watching this stuff. These old men are so greedy and don't realize when it is time to retire to make way for young wrestlers sweating and trying to break into the bigtime.  How would Piper like it if some old wrestlers in 1970's California were  trying to continue their pathetic careers and preventing up and comers  like him in main events. Rowdy Piper and Hulk Hogan couldn't pass physicals to be wrestling commentators yet alone attempt to wrestle in the God Dam ring. Roddy Piper needs to hang up that skirt for once and for all and realize his stchick isn over and as old as he obviously appears.

Glen Beck's childish "Cowards " book just a childish rant

  Glen Beck has several nauseating books that I occasionally check out from time to time "cowards is like a teenage type big format type book with alot of images and side paragraphs and it filled with the common nonsense you can see from his TV and radio shows. He attacks the educational system and mentions salaries of Harvard and other professors making close to two hundred thousand dollars while ignoring the fact that CEO's are raking in hundreds of millions. This doesn't matter because guys like Glen Beck thinks schools are functioning indoctrination of students into accepting everyone as equals. He spends a chapter talking about Muslims and some of their cause for Sharia law. he feels they should just accept American autocratic dictators instead of religious law that has served them for centuries. beck should be more sympathetic to Islamic law being that he dos not want your kids to have an education outside strict religious teachings. People like Glen Beck don't want people to critically think and to get ideas on social Marxism. Surprisingly he also spends time attacking the Christian Left despite the fact that if jesus was alive today he would be a progressive and not a bullshitting greedy capitalist causing more extreme poverty for people all over the world. He goes after the biggest religious leader of the Left  a man named Jim Wallis who is very influential to president Obama. Jim Wallis has hundreds of times more human qualities
 that idiots like  the eccentric neurotic Glen Beck can ever imagine possessing in his thick skull. This book sucks just like Glen Beck

Mr Z's closing in lame Lombard a sign of times

   Mr Z's in Lombard was a iconic supermarket in the village of Lombard just outside of Chicago in the corrupt county of Lombard. It was on Main Street and is a local symbol of how the economy has changed for bigger multi-national corporate monsters over the neighborhood smaller supermarket that was common in this country at one time. Mr Z's was one of he whitest supermarkets I had ever worked at stocking fruits and vegetables and in many cases I was the only Mexican in he place...for hours. I was often told by the manager at the time who will remain nameless that thi store existed so local white residents didn't have to shop and see minority shoppers like they do everywhere else. The closing. I recently read somewhere that the village president knew the end was coming when the shelves wee not being restocked with food and yes I imagine that is a sign that a supermarket is about to close. With this closing comes the small town feel of the store and wishes of another era when these elderly shoppers could shop without viewing minorities. Now they will have to go elsewhere such as Aldi's , Wal Mart, or Sav alots and I know it will not be easy for some of these old racist shoppers. White people don't even know how to open and support their own supermarkets yet alone ever picking their own crops. If you go to any Mexican neighborhood all around the country you see local family run businesses with fresh food and fruits. We can manage and support the important insttutions of a supermarcdo and maybe gringos can understand someday that avoiding genetically modicated food and big corporate aribusiness is a pretty good idea.

  SE Cupp is a hot looking CNN news correspondent that obviously has had help from her looks translating to a huge international media career. While CNN has few viewers its name is salient through the world as one of the pioneers of the cable news format. Many think its days are numbered and trying to get young viewers is a key goal for survival by this broadcast empire. Clearly having a nice looking conservative nerd like S E Cupp on a debate program like crossfire fits this agenda and draw for new viewers. Clearly males think first with their dicks and judge women positively or negatively with the gifts of looks Mother Nature has given some young human creatures. S E Cupp faces much criticism for some of her past columns and many think she is one of the stupidest political commentators on television. Her views are typical right wing conservative nescient views in political and moral life but there is one positivething having SE Cupp on television. She has some killer legs and I bet inside in repressed right wing women like SE Cupp is the need to be a total tramp. Of course through her faith that usually means selling herself to the highest bidder in marriage and the man who can provide the biggest rock from the most poverty stricken river valleys of Africa. I f these photos are valid and real and not photo shopped there is no doubt that this theory is true. S E Cupp is typical of hot news women and one must wonder who in charge were lucky to put their hands on some of these smooth displays of self affection SE provides the camera man.

   Laurence Kotlikoff was on econtalk which is a podcasts I have on my side bar. Once again he was belittled and aced a combative host trying to be combative and disagree with much of what this great economics professor was trying to get out. The host this tie is Russ Robert's who is another of one of these libertarian dickheads that think their views are superior to both sides of the political spectrum. Laurence gave his great ideas of  changing the tax code to brig in more expenditures we are going to need in the future to handle the increasing costs having an elderly population. Kotlikoff is one of these academics warning about the destruction of government money printing will cause in the upcoming years. We need to get older people out of retirement and more into the economy using their wisdom helping expanding more affordable education and childcare activities making having children less of a burden to families.    Like Michel Lewis I worked for a brief time at the Chicago Board of trade. They paid their runners and customer service agents nothing so the traders could make millions from just shifting money around and not really accomplishing anything for the economy. Working on Wall Street in the early eighties Michael Lewis saw and wrote bout his time as a trainee and the scum he had to deal with it in this award winning book from many years ago. This was one of the books that put Michael Lewis out there in the public eye and made him a hero to many aware of the financial scam that is running the United States. these guys are selling off the country to foreigners and our enemies around the world. you catch an early glimpse of this in this book called "Liars Poker'" and Michael lets us know what this card game is and how it pretty much sums up this industry skimping the value of this country and funneling it to their foreign clients and themselves.
    Lewis explains the savings and loan debacle from its inception and how this was just one of any methods these Wall Street guys use to help this country lose money. Lewis gives a detailed account on the bond market and the role these financial giants serve in getting buyers and seller together and exploit America in similar fashions colonial powers abused their colonies to enrich themselves and bring down the living standard of outsiders. This is the time period that America joined these third world countries that already had long established their capitalist system with a crony capitalist style and it took a few decades to see the disastrous results that lead to crashes of all sorts. Michael shows us how the white male dominate culture of these firms increased from a more diverse look i the seventies and how the culture evolved to a more greedy psychopathic personality s the people brought in were pretty much all of that mold. An industry filled wit these type of individuals is bound to get corrupt and only look out for their self interests to the detrimental of the rest of the American economy. The policy changes and influence these crazy bastards used on our  politicians are a direct result of the situation we find ourselves with a declining country that has been demoralized from assholes running these firms.  Finally Michael talks abut how the home mortgage industry transferred loans to bonds and helped lead to the downfall of the housing industry and the most brutal crash yet Wall Street has managed and purposely caused in their long history. This is an excellent first book for people unfamiliar to the author and I encourage those readers to read all of the boos from this great writer named Michael Lewis.
