The Western press is aghast. The puppet government of Al -Maliki is on the run as Islamicists have captured several key Sunni towns and the second largest city in the whole of Iraq. Clearly the Sunnis want no part of a Shitte dominated nation with strong ties to Iran and that was created by American Neo-liberalism backed ideas to extract their oil. The lack flag of Islam is on the march towards Baghdad and many more US dollars will need to be spent and bombs lasted in this unending g war against American oil imperialism. The shock waves to the Obama administration the the corporate media were felt throughout the world at the loss of this large city from a once small movement that was taken as a joke. Thousands of brave Muslims have taken to this region to help redraw the maps that were set in place by European colonialists and this battle is best to be left for them to draw their own maps and create their own nations much as Europe was able to decide for themselves.What you will see is more US air power and direct bombings on these fighters although many in the alternative media think America is actually funding this own Sunni power based groups as a counter weight to Iran. The thing is Israel will never accept this AL Qaeda group to make a nation out of Sunni lands in Iraq and Syria and what likely will happen is a new Mid East power base Frankenstein will be created very soon in the Kurdistan nation. The Kurds sit on top of a lot of oil the Western world wants and needs to power their SUVs, trucks, and taxis and move shit all over the place. This sudden Sunni insurgency and power grab is just a ploy to break up Iraq once and for all and to further have Muslims kill each other off to weaken their position in the Middle East and ability to control their own lands and resources. Iraq is an unending mess created by the West that feared growing power in nations propped up by the brutal dictators they worked so hard to establish and serve their greedy earth extraction necessities in life.
