The time Wojcikowski booked a tattoo artist

Wojcikowski was an awesome character on the Barney Miller television show. You can learn a lot about America in the seventies and what it was about to become through this excellent television program. The show had an episode about a tattoo arrest that got arrested and locked up and it pretty much predicted the rise of tattooing among the young in America.i apologize for the upside down picture in this post I tried many times and it would not let me straighten it and I was frustrated as fuck. I guess at the time in the late seventies that tattoos was illegal in New York and this is why Wojcikowski brought this guy in and a customer who had brawled about the pain and changed his mind while at the illegal tattoo parlor able a porn shop. He threw the guy in the pen and this is my favorite part of tis program when they used  their pathetic little cell in the back on this set. Wojcikowski booked the two guys and then proceeded to talk to Barney about tattooing and how it was common with sailors. He questioned why the hell anyone wold even have something like this on this art form on the and that had yet to enter mainstream America has it has to this day. I think I read a report where half of people under thirty five have at least one tattoo and indeed Barney suggested this wold catch on with younger people some day a d may become as common as an ear piercing among women. This was a good call on the part of the writers of this episode as indeed everyone seems to have a tattoo these days if they are a certain age and this made me to thinkwhat  will be the next trend that we would to complete comprehend now days that could climax in the future. I say a look of self-made swelling and bruising that looks like you had the shit beat out of you will be a trend among the youth of the future as it sounds bizarre and as extreme as tattooing did to Wojocikowski and other folks in the seventies. Perhaps there will be. Parlor of thugs that  people will gladly pay for them to dish out this new look for an appropriate fee. Anyone else with unusual bodily trends and predictions can send email to left ark at blogger.com and lets see what other suggestive trends for the hip will become.
