I happened to check out Milwaukee's Potawatomi casino in some research on Wisconsin casinos for a project and marveled at the size and immense structure that is this resort. Casinos are play gorunds for the elites in the world but many middle class and lower-classes are snookered of their meager savings in these places. In fact, this place was perhaps the most diverse casino I have seen with Mexicans in cowboy hats and Indian women in saris were among the attendants. There were also a well representative of White Americans when compared to the cruddy river boats of Elgin, Aurora, and Joliet and the black dominated Northwest Indiana casinos. Interesting American Indians seemed to be non-existent despite the origin and name of this casino.A casino can be an odd mix bringing out people from all aspects of a segregated community as there are not many other places one can blow money together. Every time I go to one of these places I am reminded of the American roulette scam of the casino world where there is little explain to why it has to be.
The interesting fact of roulette tables is the American wheel gives such a house advantage over the European wheel and this should not be surprising. I am surprised the American wheel doesn't add a third red state wheel with a third green triple 000.
This casino is pretty diverse like I said and that could be the blue collar nature of the town or the fact that they have a huge bingo hall that was filling with geriatrics the night I went. Nothing is more pathetic than see countless and endless rows of people just wasting money and time pushing a lever in a slot machine. The only game I recommend is black jacks and roulette despite the unfair advantage that Americans have to endure with the wheel. the french would never be so ignorant and numb to accept a change like this
