Who is Brian Steinberg and why does he have a cartoon column on examiner.com. Brian is not a comic strip expert such as yours truly although he writes on this topic in some column on comic strips which is really not updated as much. I am convinced the folks at the examiner and this geek got the idea of this from my own column on the internet through various blogs and I can only say I am honored to have been so copied. brian Steinberg just sounds like some guy who wanted to see his own pictures next to columns of his favorite comic strip artists because he knew in life he could never draw so good.. this guy knows little of the newspaper comic industry. He cannot even portray a picture that shows his complete head and the only expertise of this man listed on his examiner.com bio is that he purchased his first batman comic book at the age of six years of age. he does bring up some very good points of how newspaper comics target the elderly and dying instead of the young and new generations that will be needed to have any possibility of newspapers continuing the practice of comics. The fact is Steinberg is a corporate media business reporter who occasionally brings up comic strip industry because he loves it and he should quit pretending to be a comic strip reporter when it is business industries he is paid to mostly pen and type about in the media world.
