Libraries are suppose to be community resource centers for learning,knowledge, and entertainment. As someone who has used their resources through the ages throughout Illinois and Wisconsin I have come to appreciate them as a lace for academic research and just an public escape from the over consumption lifestyle that is the United States of Advertising. Libraries have also become a problem in many areas of hobos and bums just loitering around taking advantage of free Internets and heat. His is the real shameful aspect that lower elements have taken and sought refuge often niter fearing with families and students access and so forth. Bums in library is a photograph project I have done and presented to art galleries and contests throw the years as this aspect of society amuses me and these idiots using the library to hang and sleep is really pathetic. The Oak Park library is really bad with this as are some others n the region. The smell of the South Bend and Racine libraries is horrendous and I still say they are because of these bums who never wash and clean their asses.
Not only are these homeless a public nuisance but the have becomes Public library nuisance as well and I have countless pictures and stories how they interfere with the library experience. College libraries don't tolerate this bullshit and you almost never see homeless scumbags in them as access to some libraries such as North Westerns And Madison-Wisconsin is limited to students. Today for part one of bums in libraries I concentrate on Niles, Illinois and the sleeping beauty jerk I call Jude. This bum can be fond at many times in Niles sleeping with his head down for hours while others uses important resources to read and learn. This shit ass reeks the entire library as you can smell him one floor down n the computer lab. How this library permits this jackass to continuously use the library as his bedroom is pretty amazing and a couple of weekends ago I timed jerk Jude was there at least three hours not stirring his corpse in a busy weekend library day.libraries need to do more to discourage the likes of this Fred bastard from using the place to sleep.
