Vincent K McMahon was on the cover of fitness magazine showing his built corporate money can buy in form of trainer, drugs, and lots of raw expensive meat. Vince McMahon talked a bit in this magazine about the future of his company which I will cover later. WhatI wanted to bring up was his interesting comments about the Undertaker and his respect for this wrestler that showed loyalty to McMahon and refused to jump the WWF ship when things looked out bleak for this monopolistic company. Vince Junior had put it many independent and smaller promotions after he inherited the WWF from his daddy and then found himself under the same corporate antics and attacks of a wealthier rival. Ted Turner had put is money out there to grab a price of the ou relative wrestling business that was quickly consolidating as a couple of egomaniacs bought all the top talent in the world of fake battling theatre. T
ed Turner had taken many of Vince's stars but could not crack the undertaker. I never understood the take of this character and silly name and gimmick the first time I saw this guy and wondered over the years how this guy had staying power in the WWE. When McMahon said that the undertaker never broke character then it dawned on me how the taker was so successful. He wold not lend himself to backstage drama and go out drinking with the other guys. He never got into the gossiping and other bullshit that likely goes on in the smelly locker rooms of these phony athletes whose talent consists of fake blows and stop kicks that are crucial for competition and future erections. The Undertaker just refused to break character. Even to the boss o e Vincent K McMahon and earned the respect because for others in the company he was abut as real as you would get. I don't know maybe the undertaker has psychological problems but his tactics remained smart if they were by design. I don't know how else you could explain this guy being around for so long in one wrestling promotion and avoid the backstage heat with others and still remain loyal followings with a transient fan base to fake wrestling. The undertaker is cool man.
