Alexandri Gregor Dubov was a sack of shit

Alexandri Gregor Dubov was an obscure abstract painter who found his way on Gilligans island back in 1966. This arrogant dickwad was great in the episode entitled the painter or something like that. This jackass concerned himself the greatest painter of the era and was extremely jealous of Pablo Picasso and Salvador Dali and he was hoping to find an exclusive island to concentrate his pathetic works and improve his talent as a struggling painter. Alexandri was a son of a bitch to the castaways from day one promising he would lead them out of the island after he came up with some great idea for a artwork. He basically had the crew be his slave and they had to be very quit in his time on the island. The arrogance portrayed by this actor playing this neurotic painter was excellent and he should of been given his own character and  spin-off program. This guy paints a picture of Ginger and then Gilligen blabs that the painting was only loved by the castaways and they lied about it being a classic in order to get off the island.
This is by far one of my favorite episodes as this guy reminded me of half of the artists I met before dropping out of art school and the absurdity of them convincing this painter that Gilligans paint abstract paint work of a few lines as a great painting rings so true. most of abstract painting was a scam of bad art that wealthy people pay high prices and give the impression that these elite painters actually have any talent when they have none. The naturally delivered egotistic attitude on Alexandri is excellently portrayed throughout this episode that makes this guy one of the best guests to come across Gilligan's island and stiff the fucks as his transmitter was all rusted out and he leaves the island not wanting Gilligan to be discovered as an artist. I love Alexandri gregor dubov and wish there was more of his ass on television in the sixties. The clown should of appeared on Hogans Heroes, The Munsters, Green Acres, Beverly Hillbillies,  Wild Wild West, Lost In Space, and all of them great sixties and seventies shows. he should of appeared on all of these programs and played an arrogant untalented abstract painter whose ego was bigger than his following and his mental anguish would see him seek isolation in all of these parts of the sixties television world.
