Christopher Stefanoni plays the race and kid card against Darien Connecticut

Cecil Brewster
Darien resident Christopher Stefanoni couldn't believe it. for years he had been desperately trying to bring the property values of Darien Connecticut down by bringing in more poor minorities in the country. he would loved to see this all White town experience rapid change as a developer as it ges more built and people moving about bringing in steady profits. Clearly this guy would like to see Darian change demographics quickly much attune to the Pennsylvania town of Hazeltown. this small city of fifty thousand saw a rapid change in demographics as White citizens went fro like ninety percent to sixt in one census thanks to developer assholes who push diversity and change. officials in the much wealthier Darien Connecticut though have more power thus to allow this depreciation of value and have fought this turkey an d his plans for years.
Christopher has been trying to get high end tall condos built with a percentage meant for low-income residents to slowly begin the process of integrating this community and drawing in more blacks and Latinos. angry at some of his defeats to put up more construction this scumbag owner is now claiming that little league officials demoted his son and he can't be pitcher or something stupid like this. Mr Stefanoni is just trying to get issue at what he perceives tis town going against his plans of bringing in more congestion and mess to this great wealthy suburb where people pay a premium to avoid diversity and the shit that follows. This Harvard educated pinhead wants so desperately to bring more development into this town so he can profit and could care less about the property values or image of this town. Stefanoni said he has had three affordable housing proposals rejected by the town. They include a 16-apartment complex with five affordable units and a 30-apartment development with nine affordable units. A court sent both of those back to the town's planning and zoning commission for review and approved a third. The commission cited traffic safety and other concerns. towns have a right to reject pleas from these greedy developers whose ultimate goal is to change the looks of communities and put as much mess strip malls, Dunkin Donuts, Subways, and Indians that would come with this ruining the look of a tranquil charming small town. Christopher Stefanoni and his affordable influx plan is peoposterous as are his claims little Johnny cant play ball with the big boys. if Darien little league officials did conspire to shun this kid I say good and maybe his father will learn to promote diversity and affordable housing plans in a Connecticut community that needs them more so like the all-black enclave drug neighborhoods in New Haven. The Stefanoni's of the world don't want to improve communities instead these elites seek to reek all white and great communities that exist and help lower them for a chance at government funded profit.
