Mathew Filipowicz is the host of an ultra-liberal podcast as a new declared member of the Right bull as of today I decided to write an urban article bashing this geeks rec en t work. he had fellow activist Toshio Meronek to discuss things about San Francisco and the privatization of public housing. basically these two guys are upset that housing in the city of San Francisco has steeped much displacing many brown and black people while the increase of Asian and whites increased gentrifying what was not to long ago a shithole of a city on pace with neighboring Oakland.
The rise of silicon valley and other prime urban locations has irked these orthodox liberals who don't seem to understand that increasing wealth and improvement beatifies a city. Perhaps Mathew and Toshio would prefer the tax base staying out of this great city and it becoming overtaken by the ghetto like fucking Detroit. San Francisco has a right to improve the quality of life and checking on the aspects such as the homeless that make living in the bay area intolerable at times with their constant begging. it is not the city of san Francisco's responsibility nor the business community to ensure that poor people are able to live in areas that become more popular and rents rise to a premium because Americans and foreigners decide to invest their resources to working an residing in the area precisely because it is not Detroit or Oakland. This is something these dudes do not understand. Mathew Filipowicz is just angry because he is a squirmy unimportant man who looks ore like a lesbian and only gets hit on them because they mistake his gender.
