No Doubt and an aging Gwen Stafani to perform at riot fest.

The band No Doubt along with other old acts like Iggy Pop will be highlighting this years riot fest wherever they decide to hold it. Ageing musical stars apparently have not made enough money from their years of selling CDs and in a way its tranquil and sad to see them have to perform in this fests to a different generation that is indifferent to their appearance. this years riot fest will take place in Douglas park which is like one of the most dangerous places in the city and that is amusing. I just hope there is strong security for the old Gwen Stafani and these other one thousand bands that are set to perform in this three day event. As I look at the number of performers most of who I never heard of I wonder how much time can they actually have to perform on stage for Riot Fest. Indian School and the Dead Milkmen will be lucky to get three minutes to perform as it likely will take longer just to set up the act that actual time playing bad music. people at this years riot fest will get to thrill of seeing Dirty Fences and sleep on it perform on one of the three stages and just these two acts I am sure is worth the hundred dollar plus ticket prices for these punk wanabees of circa 2015. I just wonder if any heads will be watching or listening to Modern Chemistry aside from family members when they take stage during riot fest. these fests are a joke and the way Chicago's political elite caters to these events over residents most of who care little for this traveling musical circus bringing unemployed and spoiled twentysomething still teenaged brain folks into the city for a few days. few residents in Douglas Park of Humboldt park have been clamoring to see the Expendables perform at Riot Fest. Only bought out politicians like Rahm Emanuel and the old Mayor Daley have brought the Riot Fests and Lalapalooza to have center stage for the city. instead of spending so much money to improve Chicago's image for the music industry these idiots spend little in improving life for the impoverished people who live and around these parks where they allow these music festival moguls to host their events.
