A old Russian immigrant admitted he laundered vehicle titles on cabs in Chicago and altered titles of wrecked cars so his company can buy them on the cheap. Alexander Igolnikov was great at this for a while and now faces five years in a Siberian prison for securities fraud. This geriatric asshole is a former partner of Symon Garber who used his friendship with the Daley family to become a taxi kingpin as owner of Chicago carriage cab and Royal. Alexandra Igolnikov, 67, of Northbrook, was arrested and charged with one count of conspiracy, two counts of interstate transportation of false automobile titles and two counts of possession of false auto titles in an indictment that a federal grand jury handed down last month.
Over a hundred and eighty vehicles were put on the roads and threatened Chicago citizens because these filthy foreigners are allowed to do business and then pay a tribute to Vladimir Putin. For some reason Symon Garber has thus far avoided prosecuting despite all the violations his company has undertaken in both new York and Chicago. It is disgusting man and this jackass Igolnikov did this for a while and then got a nice nine million dollar fine from the city as soon as the Daley crony foreign capitalist administration left power. 
Garber's New York cab company got I trouble for overcharging customers some time back yet somehow this multimillionaire is still allowed to conduct and own these cab companies despite all the fraud he and his henchmen partners seem to conceive putting out wrecked risking vehicles and submitting them as clean to the secretary of state. Could the taxi empire of Symon "garbage" Garber be coming to an end? is chicago carriage taxis all made up of wrecked bodies salvaged from the junkyard to maximize profit to the max from these foreign companies never having to worry about a regulatory process? Will this old taxi geezard Alexander the Great Igolnikov be deported back to his native Russia?
