How Draft Kings and fan Duel is much like big-time sports in America and Mark Cuban is an ass

Gus Perkowski
Fan Duel and draft kings is in some major shit since we last reported on this scrupulous new tech companies. fan Duel and draft Kings helped support the sports industrial and media complex with all their lush advertising dollars mainly from venture-capitalists ensured many stupid white Americans would drop their money to fantasize about their made up teams. Last week it was announced that employees at both companies made tons of money from each others sites. they did this wagering with inside sports information that fantasy football addicts not working in these places were at a disadvantage. This news brought these two sites even ore scrutiny and media coverage than the billions they were spending on advertising this NFL season and added to the debate how these sites could be legal when sports wagering is not in much of the land.
Three weeks ago, FanDuel and DraftKings came under fire when a DraftKings employee admitted he inadvertently released data about NFL players in daily fantasy lineups. The employee then reportedly won $350,000 on rival site FanDuel. The incident raised questions as to whether the employee’s actions were akin to insider trading on Wall Street. Customers pay entry fees from 25 cents to $5,000 on the DraftKings site, for example, and are offered daily or weekly games where they compete against other customers. Prize money can be as high as $1 million. Now some Nevada gambling commission has announced that everything these sports fantasizing companies do is pratical amount to sports gambling and needs to be shut down. It was a blow to both companies, which have been valued at over $1 billion each, and a statement put out by FanDuel expressed the company’s frustration with the decision. Who exactly values these bullshit companies is another topic that needs to be examined in the future as with sports franchises these over-valuation is meant to keep the owners and players pockets and lifestyle well fixed, high rolling, and safe from economic pressure to lower the revenues in sports. this over-valuation of sports ownership pretty much amounts to creating fantasy fake money and capital as bullshit and fake value as these sports fantasy leagues. how else can they pay an Eli manning 79 million dollars for just signaling and throwing thirty times a game on any given Sunday. Ditto for the millions given to baseball, hockey, basketball, and so forth.
The reaction by these two oligarchic hoping tech ventures were typical.    “On behalf of our users in Nevada, FanDuel is terribly disappointed that the Nevada Gaming Control Board has decided that only incumbent Nevada casinos may offer fantasy sports,” read the FanDuel statement. “This decision stymies innovation and ignores the fact that fantasy sports is a skill-based entertainment product loved and played by millions of sports fans.” The statement went on to say that FanDuel, “regrettably” was “forced to cease operations in Nevada.” Mark Cuban, owner of the Dallas mavericks was angered by this decision by the Nevada gaming commission as he said this is not a game of chance but ability to determine which players will perform at best on any given weekend. if you believe this then you will believe Mark Cuban will take his Mavericks basketball team and relocate it to Havana, Cuba this season. perhaps the elite fuck meant that only those with ability to have inside information first have the ability to win. Draft Kings and fan duel are toast and the NBA should be ashamed and embarrassed to have associated with this company and have an elite jackass like Cuban speaking for them.
