Social critic criticism...shortage of chefs/cooks illustrates low pay for workers in industry thanks to the greed of the Keven Templetons

Rich people who own restaurants and enjoy constant fine dining are finding an economic problem that was highlighted in a Madison, Wisconsin paper and now is also receiving national news from the Washington Post. There is a shortage od chefs out in the world willing to toil long hours in a kitchen preparing a perfect dish for rich people. This can be a serious problem for the hungry one percent and a constant headache of shortage of able kitchen hands willing to work for little money. Chefs complain that there is a shortage of kitchen labor willing to do the arduous tasks in the kitchen leaving these talented chefs with more free time to sip their soup out of a bowl and determine what needed spices must be added. The top line restaurant work is becoming a mess as poor salaried guys are having to put in 70 hours because of the kitchen labor and new investors and owners are finding it impossible to staff a new kitchen. In Madison Wisconsin the problem of kitchen labor is bad as  you have all these post graduate people living in the city wanting to stay in this Midwest gem but few people can afford to live in this town without a college education. Where the hell do they think they are going to get their workforce and what apartment in Madison Wisconsin are they going to afford. These kitchen labor problem is also being seen in the nations large cities.
Shithead chefs will blame millennials for refusing these bottom jobs as Kevin Templeton head chef at Barleymash in San Diego. Templeton says these young cooks want a quick buck instead of working at dishwasher/busboy wages for several years to hone their expertise and skill. Bullshit. the restaurant industry has always maintained their profits from cheap labor and now that there are so many big-time restaurants they are starting to feel the pinch of treating cooks bad and paying wages so dam little. wages remain flat so these 'successful" restaurant owners can travel freely around the world for a taste of wine and dine in exotic locations. Culinary schools are also totally expensive topping at thirty grand a year as jackasses like Kevin Templeton expect workers to be in debt out of their ass for years. I wonder how long if at all the shit Kevin Templeton worked at super low wages. The greed of these corporate Chefs like Kevin Templeton are part of the problem as investing has centered to much on the restaurant industry yet doesn't want to cater good wages for the employees and just divert all the profits to owners. They even have their customers supplementing the wages of the servers and if anything best indicates why there is increased poverty and inequality is  irrefutably the increase of service and restaurant industries as an important economic structure of populations with more than a hundred thousand. Until these jag pricks decide to pay these cooks and chefs more money you will always have a kitchen shortage feeding the professional class and offering them their elite place in an eatery.
