Matt Damon says more needs to be done in Hollywood for diversity.

   Matt Damon is some actor and  a fool and is nominated for an Oscar for this boring movie called the Martian. A space fantasy movie of humanity reaching mars which will never occur in anyone's lifestyle Matt Damon decided to give his two cents on this Oscar snub of black actors and entertainers that is the only topic of discussion in Hollywood circles instead of the inequality in this country that rewards fags like them. Damon says more needs to be done to fix the diversity problem and there should be more actors of color. No where though will this idiot say that maybe greedy white actors such as himself are part of the problem by continuing taking all these roles year after year such as this fuck did for the movie the Martian.

Why doesn't Matt Damon decide to quit Hollywood and becoming agent pushing for minority young actors trying to break it into the business and receive the roles needed for a changing country. Matt Damon is a dweeb that benefited from this arrangement and if anyone thinks this guy is really concerned about this issue being changed then they are drinking tainted paint. Damon came out in support of improving conditions where black Hollywood elite will feel better about themselves by seeing their names nominated for best movies and actors even if they don't have stellar performances. Basically black big-tie actors and performers want a quota system to get more of the limelight for themselves and increased egos for their bad performances. The inclusion of these people would not be an issue if the judges actually thought that their acting performances were to be rewarded and maybe in the past two years black actors and movies sucked ass. the issue is that even with increased black participation as actors and so forth fewer people would go and see these movies and everyone in Hollywood knows this. What has the blacks upset is that they are not over-represented in the Oscars and movies like they are in sports and this is an issue for them. I would be willing to bet that having a black guy in the movie the Martian would of been a disaster and the movie would have made less money and this is the issue that is the cause of lack of black representation in the academy awards. I'm sure even a Hollywood shit like Matt Damon knows this and is why he will always take that role over any black guy if offered.
