Nick Digilio endorsed the new star wars movies the other day saying he was not a fan of the original three movies despite being the age of the day one would excpect to be a major follower. In the summer of 1977 Nick Digilio likely saw Star Wars one and was done. He never thought this movie would be as massive as it was and still considers the original Star wars only the second best science fiction movie of that year. Nick Digilio still thinks that Close Encounters Of The Third Kind is the ultimate sci0fi movie of the time era and how this man wants to be taken seriously as a movie critic and bad radio talk show host after a declaration such as this is amazing. Close Encounters was a lame boring movie that few young people would of enjoyed in the seventies especially compared to the phenomenon that was Star Wars. Nick D thinks he knows movies and claims to have attended thousands of movies in his life but any fool who thinks Close Encounters was a better science fiction story or more entertaining than any of the original Star Wars trilogy movies absolutely knows little about movies. Maybe he was drunk when he saw them in the seventies and somehow thinks to this day a movie where aliens only appear for the last few seconds of a movie is somehow superior to one that inspired millions of products and fans to dress up in stormtrooper outfits and chase one another with light saber toys. few people talk nor remember encounters because it was a lame movie that appealed to a few that summer but didn't even have close the memorable action or events that will produce a hundred Star Wars movies while fortunately we are spared just one bad Close Encounters space alien contact movie.
