Fucking Aby Rosen didn't want to pay any taxes. Like many wealthy people this Manhattan real estate developer park Avenue son of a bitch expects the rest of society pay taxes while shits like him get to buy expensive art and then turn it over for a profit. Thus shit used artwork for his own enjoyment instead of reselling it as was suppose to avid the sales art taxes but New York attorney general Eric Schneiderman came down hard on Mr. Rosen ass.
A seven million dollar settlement was agreed on for back taxes Mr Rosen avoided by claiming purchased art would be for resale while kit stated in their personal collection for years, Mr Schneiderman says his office has uncovered a tremendous amount of tax fraud by art dealers in his state claiming to eventually sell artwork when in fact these people are buying art for keeps and avoiding the taxes for such purchases. This powdered wig jackass old school looking elite uses the system to buy art, avoid taxes, and then use this art to build his image and value of buildings. through his 'brand" helped in by this tax-dodging art purchases. The attorney general took the position that artwork used in personal homes were not for resale purposes and thus subject to the tax which art rich assholes like Aby Rosen think they are too above to pay.
Mr. Rosen used two companies to be excluded from these art sales taxes and intertwined the artwork with his properties and using his artwork for his real estate branding and background to his offices for sale or rent. Mr Rosen is suppose to sell this fucking art and not use it to decorate his apartments, hotels, and office buildings and why this tax dodger is not decorating prison cells for a few years instead of ritzy offices shows the ability of wealthy people to avoid prison tie for their finance crimes. This rich fuck took it upon himself to use this art as his own personal museum and sales office for artwork which in not paying the tax for these purchases to improve his image and company's was illegal. Aby Rosen should of been a model prisoner in a federal pen churning out his own personal art with tall the idle time he should of got for a couple \of years.
