Dunkin Donuts and their megamaniac owner SiraJuddin Virani are under attack for their business practices in the Chicago region. Plaintiff Christiana Padilla, who worked at the Fucking Dunking Donuts at 229 Jackson, is suing the franchise and nasty owner Mr Virani for a slew of unethical owner-employee including short-changing hours worked and making them pay out for shortages in the cash register. Mr. SiraJuddin owns 16 of these cruddy shit donut stores that makes their donut in a far-away warehouse t=and then ships them to the various 300 Dunkin Donut locations all around Chicago for them to sit and harden all day for unsuspecting customers.
Dunkin donuts is shitty franchises all bought out by Indian-Americans who thrive to run this place cutting costs and corners at all operations and it affects the quality f their product but being a monopoly and only player in many areas they stay around. In Ms Padilla's case this corporation is now treating their workers awfully and committing wage-theft against its hard workers. attorney Lam Ho says eventually more than a hundred people could join the lawsuit against the Dunkin Donuts handled by this nefarious Mr SiraJuddin who should never have been allowed to operate so many of these boring ass Donut/Coffee chains that do nothing for a community like a real coffee house which has performers and events in the store. 
I hope more lawsuits like this explode in the Chicago area or where ever Dunkin Donuts has used its financial power to commit egregious acts of crony capitalism with local village bulldozing old buildings and allowing these newer cheap construction to take over key corners in suburbia.
