John Kass is a writer for the Chicago tribune nd as I have always said is a complete jackass. many others who think the lawsuit by Chicagoan Stacy Pincus lawsuit against Starbucks is trivial are also idiots who think people should accept deceptive advertising on big-time corporations. John Kass wrote a whole article of a slew of possible lawsuits against shit that he finds similarly ridiculous comparing them to this lawsuit where Starbucks pretty much serves you all ice instead of actual product. This is just dumb especially the stuff the jackass John Kass suggested for future lawsuits because Starbucks charges a heft premium price for a product that is no where the ounce is claims and is an illustration how companies will cut corners and over-charge at the same time. Fast food places have similarly used the same ice up filling scam for their soft drinks and pretty much the consuer should have legal recourse and use the courts when these companies charge you for drink and give you mostly ice.
John Kass is an old jackass and is a member of the press which gets funding from advertising and the corporate dollars of scrupulous companies such as Starbucks and this lawsuit is a longtime in coming. I would love to see similar lawsuits against Wendy's,McDonalds' and others who purposely fill your drinks with ice so they can pro-long as much as possible their box of soda flavor at the individual restaurants. I never order these cold drinks at Starbucks and was shocked tl see that they use this same deceptive practices and I wonder what took so long for someone actually to do a rightful lawsuit against Starbucks and their ice. John Kass thinks this lawsuit is frivolous and would be like suing a place because you get one onion ring with your order of French fries and tis is because the jackass John Kass is a lackey for corporations and their scams. This jackass wrote nothing substantial on this lawsuit and filled a whole Chicago tribune column with some two thousand words on fifty or so other lawsuits that could follow this Starbucks lawsuit although all of them were way more crazy than this legitimate one. 
I don't know if the jackass Kass likes purchasing ice for four bucks a pop but some people don't like to be deceived and will use the legal system to rectify the abuses of Starbucks and their ice filled a quarter of frappie distorted serving and claims. There is no justice for companies trying to serve little juice and all frozen water.
