The question forth the day is who is more of a bull shit occupation artist. Chicago's Melissa Callahan who claims to be a taxi driver and representative of the taxi industry or is it media trucking industries mary seiber. Maya does some cable programing and is supposedly a real truck driver although nobody has ever really seen a woman like her as a truck driver. Maya Seiber is likely a corporate truck industry creation and women representing male dominated industries as an example of the industries not be make-donated has a long history in the United States.
Maya sieber has to be the most egregious as how the hell does a model become a truck driver and this amazing ability without a doubt is a production of cable scripted reality programming. How something called the History channel was co-opted by the oil industry into giving the public crap Iike Ice Road trucking programming is pretty much basic garbage and shameful of this once prestigious channel that had only offered good quality shows. Cable channels are desperate to cut corners in programming and working side by side with the trucking industry they came up with ice road trucking programming highlighting this unrealistic version of a truck driver. Truck drivers and taxi driver occupations are so over-whelming male because women would never do these jobs and feel entitled not to really have to consider these jobs as serious choices for careers. That is what makes Melissa Callahan and Maya Seiber's roles such a farce.
Ditto for Melissa Callahan and her crusade for greater rights for taxi drivers in Chicago. Melissa claims to be a taxi driver but in reality she is the straight face of the male-dominated taxi industry and likely just all show-me when it comes to her portrayal for the taxi unions or drivers. Women are not representative of the taxi industry in cities and any portrayal of one as representative of the typical taxi driver is basically not truthful. The fact that these two male dominated industries would use good-looking women as misleading representation of the occupation in portrayal is a sign of the weakness of this industry in gaining sympathy without a true representation in the media of who actually does these stressful and difficult jobs. Melissa Callahan and Maya Seiber are just window dressing and basic public relations attempts and con jobs.
