Norbert Kraft is about to pack his bags along with thousands of volunteers and are just waiting to settle Mars. Norbert the space nerd edited a book called "Mars One Humanity's Next Great Adventure and basically speaks of not if but when the day comes of humanity's next great adventure in settling this planet and growing mars bars and palm trees.
This book is a collection of essays written by scientists of how humans will have to interact in the beginning phases of settling mars and eventually turning it into a mini earth. The importance of having emotional rationale people selected to be the pioneers and advance humanity is discussed in this book after all when earth is very far away these people will not be coming back. they will open up incredible opportunities for future generations in being able to live in mars and enjoy the mass radiation space has to offer living organisms and the difficulties will be perplexing. This book goes through the selection process for these pioneers and training to reach their objective of having the Martian landscape look like a cross of the Jetsons and Star wars setting and dammit Norbert and the people in here are convinced in their loco brains this will happen because destiny demands it for humanity. The costs will also be astronomical for his early expedition and clearly humanity of earth must be willing to give up a lot for tis expedition as their great great great, great, great, great ,grand kids may actually one day be living on mars and watching TV or playing video games. A new culture will be developed according to this dumb book by these pioneers and they may start wearing odd orange camouflage on the red planet to blend in with the environment and show the people on earth how cool and hip they are to be at a place as unique a d remote as mars. Norbert and the other writers are convinced humanity can overcome any crisis that may develop on Mars because you know people have advanced so much evolving on earth from are Australopithecine days that we are actually heating the planet and getting rid of those weary Ice bergs on the North Pole. The achievement on earth has been amazing and these planets in the solar system are prime for man and its progress. Kraft figures the cost will exceed our expectations and the achievement is worth it to get man onto mars even if all of humanity has to drop in poverty on Earth for all the resources to build up Mars.
