Anthony Ponce leaves steady mainstream media gig for Taxi/Lyft podcast

Terry Blue
Anthony Ponce was a Chicago area reporter and son of Phil Ponce who hosted some local PBS political news discussion. After several years joining his brother in the nepotistic world of media Anthony Ponce recently had enough of lame weekend anchor reporting and decided to become a Uber driver. Anthony actually is taking the driving gig on a new level and plans to secretly record discussions with his passengers and make it available on a podcast for al, to enjoy. After nine years Anthony was pissed that he was passed over for a promotion for regular morning host he said this departure from mainstream media complex will give him opportunities for his real passion. Thus passion and entrepreneur idea was to record the passengers he picks up in the back seat of his Chevrolet Equinox. Ponce plans on making these chats interesting and will edit the best ones into some sort of brainstorm barn burning of a fucking podcast..somehow. He will not be driving a Lyft service but will actually more have a recording studio ahhh so to say and basically interview strangers on the go. Ponce is a freak for actually dreaming of this idea instead of a steady regular job in front of cameras but somehow he thinks this will translate big for his career than reading news from a teleprompter and basically interviewing people on the street with some corporate tie in with the chat. the name of his podcast will be called "backseat rider" and ponce is delusional of the entertaining  complexity of this idea that will translate into some exciting programs. However I think this program has about has much chance of being exciting of a listen as an enjoyable drive through Chicago's congestion at around five to seven in the evening  Image result for anthony ponce Good Luck Mr. Ponce jr
