Finishing a exhausting book critical of the criminal justice system where Harvard African studies professor Elizabeth Hinton just blames straight and out racism for why so many African-Americans are incarcerated. this quake of a historian thinks that mass incarceration is the result of Lyndon Johnson's war on poverty nd gains fro the civil rights era by nefarious reactions in America wishing to see Black men locked up. Elizabeth Hinton doesn't say is that African Americans were waging a war against White society and this country and that nay reaction of increased surveillance and prison sentences was caused by soft liberal Democratic values that allowed prisoners out after serving a week for street muggings. This author also goes minimal about the Black street gang and how their brutality also caused a direct need to militarize the plice force in America. This is a woman that wants nada in form of crime control in America because deep down inside her black heart she knows Black people cannot control their preponderance of crime and it as a way of getting back at the man and for slavery in this era where soft gloves are in place of hard gloves in dealing with Black insurrections in America. the idea that police finally had to get somewhat tougher because of these people is at the bottom and irritation for this woman.
The rise of the Black criminal is not something this professor wants to discuss and instead blames white society for Blacks just wanting to take and sell drugs and liquidated potential drug selling competition and the likes of this Hinton think we shouldn't do anything. Screw that shit and increased police awareness and power should be seen as a positive move through the decades to deal with this major breakdown of America social fabric and the dangers posed by this problem element among our midst doing its best to bring this country down through their own overt racism and hatred of the other. Elizabeth Hinton's book called " From The War On Poverty To The War On Crime" has made this African studies professor a celebrity of the left-leaning talk and TV circuit from the nimrod Sam Sedar to Amy Goodwin's communist democracy Now. This long volume work of shit is basically rambling on how bad the police are for locking up those doing illegal activity and then blaming discrimination for the problem in the Black community when in fact the problems are of this groups own failures and bad disposition for actual honest work. Even ultra-liberal politicians like Jimmy Carter realized the Black criminal mind was potentially a far greater threat within America than thousands of missiles pointed from Russia and more and more needed to be spent and prisons built to lock up this rebellious and disgruntled alien race within America who respects street criminal justice that actual law and order from a police force
Any attempt by police is seen as this woman and others as a part of the system to systematically lock up Black people and this woman can't deal with the fact federal policy makers have the power and will to go after those who engage in high level criinal activity and this is the root cause of the increased police presence in Black communities. the amount of criminal activity that breeds for generations among the people this woman belongs is just not a topic she or others of the African races would ever be willing to admit and you will never see white society allow their criminal activity to not be pursued for justice. 
This woman talks about how jobs fled the inner-city Black neighborhoods while ignoring the fleecing the Black community was stealing and destroying these companies and why they made decisions not to invest in the ghettos. Why would any company or corporation put a supermarket if the market will continually be robbed and its employees threatened daily to go into this jungle. The amount of arson and burning of business reached its peak in 1977 and business refused to set up shop where the youth are so evil and disenfranchised that burning and arson is seen as entertainment. Likes wise the police going after the seventies phenomena of Saturday night specials and the massive amounts of crime these cheap guns provided for thrills and easy jingle for Black youth quite literally robbing the pants off white people is seen as less evil than new policies that she claims target black and Latino youths because they at more likely to be criminal. I am aghast reading shit like this and the war on crime was a White repose to the war on White people by Black criminals that the Elizabeth Hinton's overlook because of years of slavery and so forth. Elizabeth is also angered by various state laws such as the Wellie Bosket. Exhibit A this guy was one of thousands of predatory young Blacks in the seventies and eighties riding the Subway to rob and main and the people demanded action in New York and a new state law had to be enacted because of dirtball animals and little gorillas in our midst as juveniles were first allowed to be tried as adults for their murderous rampages and adult evil instincts to kill people for a few bucks. If this bitch got her way more slapstick comedy sentences would of been handed out for these little devils and they would only serve a few hours for their crimes.
