Nick Saban is some execrable head football coach getting way too much money from a university for practically adding nothing to the learning environment. He was recently asked about the election and the man said he didn't even know there was an election being so intertwined with his football operations in Alabama. The only difference between Nick Saban and the average hick is that somehow the sporting industrial complex has been able to squander millions out of the universities to pay the likes of this shit Nick Saban. it is incredible but this guy is the highest paid public servant in the country for coaching a college football team.
Some didn't take it to face value the comments of Nick Saban but I really believe a guy like this jackass really pay any attention to political news and thought as his brain stems are only focused on one subject that gives this hoss his bread and butter. A Saban is a type of sporting fan that pays little to any attention to the world outside of the arena and stadium and for this country we have too many schmucks like this and many in positions of power. This guy goes over the X's and O's way too much instead of trying to nurture these young minds and get proficient idea of what leadership and governance should be about. why is this violent injury prone sport even still associated with Universities and perhaps government should force a separation and have these private companies or organizations just set up a minor league football program without the association of a system of higher education when, by all accounts the coaching staffs don't lead by example for any education outside the pads and cleats . This jackasses apathy to the election process and the importance of this political cycle that affects everyone is what angered so many by Saban's comments that he is only focused on sport as a coach and didn't know there was a election on Tuesday. For far too many Americans this is also the case and is part of the problem of the system giving time, attention, importance, and yes bammmm money to the people and events involved in College Football. This system just works to create an illusion of importance for sport more and at the expense of political knowledge and the nations status and direction in the future.
