Kim Komando is a radio host who speaks of all these technology and is basically an on-air technocrat. Kim Komando related a story about some young guy in the rural backwaters of Illinois, perhaps living in Farmington, who went to bed one after noon for a quick nap and had plugged in his brand new Samsung Note & that made him feel so swell to come in possession. A hour later though he didn't feel to well and a bed fire quickly burned his thigh and swelled his knee. Kim Komando then related that this guy planned on suing Samsung and taking them to court but as with all new registrations there was fine print when one activates these phones that opted him out from any possibility of making some jingle at Samsung's expense but his only recourse is a arbitrator who Samsung will get to select and if this man loses he has to pay Samsung a slew of legal bills for this disposition. As Kim Komando says once you apt out of any potential harm from Samsung's part there is little recourse aside from this arbitrator and you have about as much chance of wining as Cuba has of winning the World Cup of soccer .The fact that people have n recourse against companies that screw up and can't even make a battery without catching charge and a fire pretty much sums up todays modern global capitalism as the profiteers seek to retain all their earnings no matter the consequences of their short cuts in production.
