Indiana sweeping streets and waiting for a ride after he was let off on the downtown streets of South Bend, Indiana. We first discovered Cecil on the streets of Chicago and took him in to get some coffee and ask for some jingle outside the streets amusing ourselves by the site of this bum bugging the suits passing by our workplace. Cecil was seen in this Indiana town which is now home of fellow worthless bum and Chicago Cub fanatical fan Ronnie "Woo Woo " Wickers who uses his bum celebrity nature to be at all the key Midwest games seeking free happy meals and handouts. Cecil came up with the clever idea that if folks saw his ass working on the streets sweeping the side walks That this would somehow translate to much more tips than just asking people straight forward to pay a street sidewalk toll to him. Cecil has been sweeping vigorously outside the
Chocolate factory and Chickory cafe for weeks now making some good extra jingle which he immediately takes to CJs Pub and Finnies down the block and he can be heard muttering to himself why the hell this Finnies Bar is hardly ever opened. Cecil " the sweeper" Brewster wants to make a name for himself and we tell this guy he needs to be more like the Black Bum known as Ronnie Wickers and brand himself if possible into the sporting world and be the premier bum of the Midwest as attaching yourself to Notre Dame or a baseball team will do wonders for your jingle seeking career and potential handout paychecks from sympathetic fans who can relate to a bum easier in sport wear of their favorite team. if you see cecl in South bend give him a few bucks or some change jingle as he needs to money to buy and change his underwear.
