Zachary Zuckerberg
Facebook along with some carriers are being sued from a segmented targeted job application process the ageism that my brother Mark Zuckerberg holds for anyone old and wanting to redefine themselves with a position in this industry. It appears Facebook and big tech have developed a situation where ad-targeting job categories egregiously promote and condone a job process that leaves older candidates out in the cold of prospective jobs,.
Arrogant Facebook then had its vice-president publish a blog saying what my brother and his company was doing was no different than the practice of advertising in television and print in targeting youthful dollars wishing only to appeal to young people. I was really disgusted by Facebook's role and its response to this lawsuit as older people are invisible in tech because of pricks who run it and got foreign investment to totally upend and destroy the American economy and workers for their nefarious goals. Mark has had issues with older people harking back to the days of our childhood and the strictness of our papa that a control-freak shit like Mark couldn't quit handle and holds grudges against anyone with gray on their scalp lines. Facebooks' representative says that simply showing job ads that only young prospectors would see itself is not discrimination according to Goldman ignoring the fact that Google and Facebook are so overwhelming and disproportionate made up of young people and not a random process of educated new people entering the workforce as these discriminatory industries lay claim.
The New York Times and other publications have been exposing how companies globally and in the US are now using Facebook's platform to advertise jobs that they know will exclude older prospective (and often more experienced and superior) job applicants form even discovering a position of which is open. These lawsuits have exposed a long problem in Silicon Valley where ageism is ripe and preferences for all all youthful work environment resembling their age segregated collegiate experiences exists closing them from important ideas and other ways of thinking outside the box and stuck in a mentality of the dorm hall and Frat House. The only gray-heads Mark wishes to see are ones with green deep pockets or access to banking loans that can help Facebook dominate society.
