The Howard Hughes Institute does a good job redistributing tax avoidance money into eccentric and neurotic science projects funding research of the bizarre and Dr Frankenstein like wired shit. Elizabeth Sattely is one of many scientists recently to get massive funding and she thinks that plants are masters of chemistry and as a result started a lab and asked for government freebies so she can study molecules from plants and claim to be working on changing plants and making them stronger. There are always a long list of possibilities and claims made and in this science researchers case it is altering plant molecules to modify them and fund new and interesting drugs for the massive pharmaceutical industry. Elizabeth Sattely and others give fake news speak with fork tongues making silly claims about baking up plant properties and sell them like donuts and hotcakes for cancer patients. Bullshit.
Sattely has used her education to identify plants and categorize them and then hope for a day her research will untimely lead to anything. Iif not then she has a nice lab and gig going on being funded by privater billionaire classes putting money into one area to avoid other societal tax obligations as well and Ms Sattely and others are making out like a bandit with much research that ultimately leads to nada. These scientists have be rewarded billions in private lottery winnings for all this cancer research and identity and the last I looked cancer rates were rising and going in their other direction and instead of plant juice one must wonder if Elizabeth Sattely and other researchers getting funding through the Howard Hughes mad scientist institute should use snake oil in their research as well. What these researchers do is sell a need and get funding so they can be scientists and fill pages in science magazines when eventually there is no actual result in their years of laboratory work nor millions redistributed from the economy towards their pockets,lifestyle, and livelihood.
