Chinese employment agency filling cheap Chinese kitchens with staff shut down for exploiting Mesicans

Even the Chinese are struggling bringing in their illegals and a Chinatown employment agency wa shut down for treating its illegal Latino workforce like Mexicans. Xing Ying employment agency had a lawsuit by Lisa Madigan for skimping on food and back wages and for recruiting illegal aliens to work in the various Chinese restaurants and cheap kitchens throughout the Midwest. If one ever wondered why there were so many Chinese restaurants in Middle America it is because of the Chinese secret and ability of getting cheap illegal immigrant labor form South of the border. These workers had to work long hours and extremely low-pay and couldn't say anything about being ripped off at times . Jun Jin Cheung and Zhu Ying Zhang (Chinese) were ordered to shut down the business and are denied chances of ever operating another employment agency, although in immigrant friendly sanctuary-city has about as much chance of being enforced as the Emu coming back and being redicscovered in  New Zealand.
This employment agency was a Central hub for many Buffet style Chinese shitty restaurants that spent few dollar son repairs, cleaning, and apparently its workforce.
Illinois Attorney General shut this Xing Yang down and now the space is trying to reopen as a Chinese massage place. The owners will be prevented from running a similar business for ten years but these Chinamen can just change and interchange their names and apply for new permits. Madigan settled with the crummy Asian chain Hibachi Grill and one must wonder if government really responded to these worker exploitation and abuses that how many Chinese Kitchens would actually exist and this shut down of Xing Ying is just window dressing and a small representation of the real problem and why so many restaurants exist and are mainly foreign exchanged seeking to change US labor laws with exploiting people and wage theft of people who shouldn't be here.
