Chicago is a shithole of gangs and drug distribution once people get away from the skycraper downtowns and a criminal activist organization has convinced Cook County sheriff Tom Dart and the police department to delete the gang database it had accumulated and worked tiredly to produce that helped police identify and gather data on the dangerous elements of the city that deal with illegal guns and drugs onto the streets.
