True Crime Guys examine Romanian legend Vlad the Impaler and important role he played thwarting German and Turkish aggresions

   Vlade the Impaler was a Romanian price who fought  the Germanic and Turkish invasions of his homeland and supposedly  committed so many atrocities back in the day around 1460's and 70's. Romanian history glorifies this man who is considered a hero to many Eastern Orthodoxers and the True crime hicks recently did a podcast featuring the real life figure who inspired the story of Count Dracula, Vlade Dracula impaled twenty thousand fucking Turks and traitorous Bulgarians and because of this he is memorized in the history books as the Romanian ruler own brutality made the Turks think twice and slowed their conquests into Europe according to the true Crime guys. Vlade ambushes and brutality against the Turks and those he considered reliable enemies of Wallochia and Romania were put to the impalement and swords and may have saved the rest of the Balkans formt he same fate as Constantinople from the invasions atrocities of Ottoman sultan Mehmed the conqueror.

   The True Crime guys also said that Vlade was  a product of brutal era of the time where German tribes and Muslim Turkish radicals were on the march and the alliance between Hun and Turk has lasted for centuries with the Eastern Orthodox in Eastern Europe often the victims and Vlade the Impaler was a response to these brutal migrations and invasions back in fifteenth century.

The True Crime podcasters  spoke of the habit of impalement and how Vlade used it effectively to put fear in his Saxon. Bulgar, and Turkish enemies as this was a in an era if a decade or  so from  the brutal Muslim conquest of Constantinople. Without Vlade's success on the battlefield and reign of terror the Turkish supremacist Islamist Mehmed the conqueror would have national holidays and cities named after him all over
