    In the elitist foreigner funded restaurant industry in Chicago there was a Thai government Thai restaurant chef form hell with both the nicknames of "Saatn" and Ong" and I am snot sure what the latter referred to. Sittipat "Ong" Satangmonkgol was a descended of Ghengis Khan and the mongols and had barely opened his West Town exclusive and high priced Thai restaurant in late 2019 before he was busted for attempting to purchase banned dragon fish which he could ponzi scheme for the thousands each in his role as a Thai subsidized shit hole  fish eatery.

Sittipat the sit head had recently opened Tai Nang and before he wore out his new pans the pan faced silly Thai bastard was busted,cuffed, and stuffed under federal charges for attempting to purchase Arowana fish which is a rare exotic fish the Asians live to eat and will pay thousands and thousands of dollars for the right to stuff this fish head down their throats. Sittipat "Satan" Satangmongkol loved to collect exotic fish and serve them on a platter and for these "dragon " fish this is illegal because  the fish is highly endangered and apparently this doesn't matter to this silly son of a bitch and a fish,

 Chef Satanmonglol didn't have this expensive fish in is eatery but was well prepared to purchase them and then do private cooking events and dates for select big wig Asian businessmen that get their jollies eating rare and endangered fish of all type and  a particular favorite of this chef clown Sittipat was dressing u as a Thai clown and serving u some fresh grilled clown fish to his steady clients. This man is a disgrace lost is Thai subsidized Thailand government paid for eatery in the United States and is now eating glop in a federal penitentiary instead of collecting and eating exotic aquarium fish.
