Another cold case Chicago slaying is solved thanks to famaila DNA and libtard cities and states seek to police use of it

Back in 1972 Naperville Illinois was a much smaller far out boondock suburb of Chicago and the area of the suburbs and Dupage County like much of the country were hunting grounds for sick serial killers and other killers and misogynist haters of women. A teen girl named Julie Hanson was brutally raped, stabbed, and murdered and for every true crime buff in the Chicago area the July 7 , 1972  unsolved murder of Julie Hansen was standard knowledge and I have always  assumed one of Chicagoan areas may serial sex killers must have committed this crime for Brian Dugan to Ralph Andrews, Bruce Lindahl, and even a fucking John Wayne Gacey were potential suspects  for the numerous murders of young women and girls in the

Chicago are and the city of Chicago. It turns out thanks to the familial DNA companies  that can match people and trace their family members the monster who committed this heinous rape murder was identified and this still alive and cuffed and stuffed. The scumbag is 76 year old monster named Barry Lee Welpney who was 27 at the time of the killing and moved out of the area shorty after the killing. This murder like so many was only solved through genetic genealogy technology  and this is  something the criminal class Democrats wish to prevent police from use and have new laws in Montana and Maryland determining  that police can;t use technology to crack these hard to solved cold cases which is insane and typical of the liberal class in this country. Genealogy tracing should be a no debate and the use of it by the police a no brainer and only a supporter and lover of serial killers would resit this obvious fact
