With this mind some are suggesting that a new mandate will be delivered by Massachusetts senator or Governor  or something Markey who is one of the most repulsive members of congress and as hurricane Alexander hits the East coast there are now growing calls by some local  officials to declare a scuba wear mandate as the earths climate becomes more erratic an d moire flash fast floods his the coastal elites communities such as
