The emperors right hand man and galactic dictator is an evil individual named Lord Vader. The Darth one is a dark sick soul who has a dogmatic belief in the force and using it for evil in the universe and perpetual space domination and colonialism for the empire is a goal the dark soul of Lord Vader wishes to accomplish for the emperor. Lord Vader is supposedly eyeing two intergalactic planets not too far for our own with his imperialist space doctrine he wishes to expand and scientists at the planetary observer including Bil Nye and Neil De Grasse Tyson are perturbed and excited at the same time.. 
Lord Vader is eyeing two planets one being Gleise 581 D ..that is D and not C and this is one of the most Earth-like exoplanets known to man and Storm Troopers. Lord Vader says this planet will serve the empire good and he predicts that his forces will be there well before Earthlings and Elon Musk even consider it it and will have settled it for millions of years before the Earthling and Muskovites are able to land one dude on mars and that is a fact jack. The Vader also is seeking to add this breathable and carbon based planet into a prison complex where he can send in all the malcontents within his galaxies that he doesn't feel like executing and enjoys more seeing controlled and added to subjects under the empire of ahhh the evil emperor.

The Vader also is planning on setting up an investigation team and some cruisers to fly by Uranus as he plans on officially renaming the planet Your Anus as a troll to those on mother Earth who have no idea or clue in space travel and will barely make a expensive and wasteful landing on the moon before actually landing a rover for broadcast of Uranus. Lord Vader spoke of the ability to imprint and import Tarigrades onto Uranus and editing their genes to grow up and nice and fat like cows and thrive on Your Anus and into being new loyal subjects to the empire --who knows maybe invade the dearth someday in conquest for the emperor. 
Darth Fucker is a bad ass other fucker Lord leader of many who only knows cruelty and conquest and in his ever growing lust for power and to please the emperor he is eyeing these two planets for eventual conquest and settlement and this is shaking the universe on its foundations. Whether the science on Earth likes it or not Lord Vader already has Gleise 581 D and C along with Uranus into his sights and will implode it into a new future and control of its destiny within the empire he serves.
