The state of Wisconsin has perhaps the silliest looking dumbest governor in this nations history and the scumbag gray head known as Tony Evers is a complete joke and Wisconsin would be better off just letting any college graduate this year to be given the degree with a key to the governors mansion and the state would be better off. Tony Ever's madness and a recent ruling mandate --which there are more an many crazy ones since the mask one-- has called for the issuing of a shank mandate for each and every prisoner in the Wisconsin Prison system upon the first day of their admittance.
This is probably one of the more effective ways to deal with prison overpopulation and Tony Evers smade this one of his top priorities the first day he was running for office and one of his top objectives. Tony Ever's is desperate to lower the prison population and wants to show evidence to the liberal voters and mail in absentee constituency that he delivers in his word and no better more effective method to getting this accomplished can be made expect for his shank mandate which he signed into law despite the objections of some who are saying it is cruel and inhumane to arm new prisoners and having everyone
effectively to have a weapon to be used in self defense or aggression. Tony Evers is a soy old pussy boy and he has watched the classic prison movie "an Innocent man" too many times admiring with the prison cult movie starring Tom Selleck who shanked Jingles in the climatic scene and won ahhh the Oscar for movie of the year in 1989 and clearly this famous movie influenced Mr Evers to solve the Wisconsin prison population and shrink it with his own wicked and clever way that many people will not notice and it will naturally play its way out. Tony Ever sis a jackass and a half and a total zero and embarrassment for the dairy state and he is best placed in the Vatican as he looks and resembled a pedophile Catholic priest and this is a more appropriate job that suits him.
