The department buildings not that old and why it would have the structural problem suddenly claim in this libtard diverse community and where the mainly older and Black renters are forced out and he says this  story will be a familiar tune  come for future generations as Kuntsler blasted the huge number of condo multi dwelling units appearing all over America transforming what was already an eyesore suburban landscape into more warehousing type of housing for people. sot of these new inhabitants don't want the traditional American dream of a white picket fence has been replaced by these over-priced old Soviet style and Cabrini Green type housing

The Oak Park Illinois case is only further case that these buildings are unstructured and can collapse at any time and the maintenance of these condo complexes will be so high it will bankrupt many of the residents and investors who participate in this ponzi scheme of the international scene.
