For greedy embittered coffee executives like Howard Schultz and Dunkin brand's Nigel Travis the movement in Chicago and drive towards unionization is a considering problem and Mr Schultz pushed back against this corporate hate and he wondered why it is not Mexican restaurants that are ever the target of Mexican worker activists and instead always large corporate brand such as his and Nigel Travis's beloved Dunkin that seem to be the target of radical Marxist activists in Mexico Chicano, Illinois. Howard Schultz and the backers of Starbucks says these attempts to union for Starbucks would be the death kell of this coffee franchise long ubiquitous in the urban area and America and long
replacing the mom and pop stores that dominated before the adaption of Star Bucks and whom paid grandma 5 cents an hour to serve coffee. Nigel Travis has explained many times that Dunkin cannot afford to pay the prevailing urban wage demands that many of these cities and their policies attempt to drive Dunkin and Starbucks out of areas through the forced higher labor costs. an example of this was on Tom Brady Street in Milwaukee where in the corner if the vibrant youthful twenty thirty something yuppie trendy area there was a great Starbucks right on the corner ahhh of Brady and whatever and ahhh the same bullshit with unionization went and eventually Starbucks said enough and moved out and now people can go across the street to Walgreens to get their caffeine fix and do it themselves.
Nigel Travis said that Dunkin make most of it money not from the watered down coffee or once a day central warehouse baked products but see long franchise rights and rights primarily to Indian and Pakiland people who are flushed with government aid form their home countries and friends to come and offer these wishy washy lame jobs and the unionization of Dunkin brand employees will never occur on his watch and he will be committed to fighting this problem and he will die doing so. Howard Schultz and Nigel Travis are fine to make these places carry out but are not willing and are going to pay their employees more money.
Nigel Travis and Howard Shemp are not going to give in and raise the pay for the easy work of the baristas and donuts servers of their respective business and if these works want to make more they need to learn a skill or trade such as HVAC or airline pilot and do something more productive in their life then serve high sugar unhealthy dough baked good s and candy drinks and Schulz and Travis agreed and did a video and told these pushers for increased pay to kiss their candy ass. It is funny how there is always protest and demand for corporate eateries and drikeries to raise wages but never any protest against the Jalisco local mom and pop taqueria.
