Dalio looked at the data and analytics and he said there is a 30% of a chance of a civil war as emotional discourse and anger over inequality and the corruption he has benefited are raging this country into a direction of a civil war and Mr Dalio is looking for volunteers to fight under him and help elite plutocrats such as himself to continue the status quo and remain in charge nit wishing the balance his spread sheets and affecting his income stream and the stream of other elites.
