Instead of speculating on the moon bases or ways to find Alien civilization Colin Stuart should find ways to get these programs kick started and one of the most recent visions of Colin is a space elevator to the moon which would allow humans to take a ride up instead of waste tremendous resources and energy shooting and creating rickets.
