There are also rumors a Chinese balloons was seen in this area hours prior to the dust tragedy. This may or may not have been another Chinese balloon attack but what this failure and accident can be blamed is pout towards the transportation secretary unable to cope that farmer Jones and his crop duster bi-pedal airplane or whatever can cause some huge sudden tragedy and massive pile up from impractical and failed farming methods and this can affect the safety of all freeway and highway drivers.
