What Mr Portnoy didn't say though is that he was seriously considered of jumping in the waters as Mr Port nNoise life has spiraled out of control and the Barstool Sports host and pizza eater is seriously thinking about jumping in the ocean and ending at all Mr Portnoy  came out with an emotional plea to his fans to help him come through these difficult times of major depression and cognitive decline.
