Richard Incognito was some fat Miami Dolphin that said some things to the voice mail of a sensitive lineman and teammate. Some of it was racial and it is the only reason this bullying came to light. Rookies are often ridiculed and forced to do stupid things for their teammates.
What is the real joke is that these football players make the salary where someone just beginning his career can afford one nights dinner tab of thirty five thousand. The arrogance of these fat fucks going to the prime luxury restaurants on a nightly basis is an outrage and probably the reason why fans have to pay so much for one ticket.
Football players are just brainless loud, gregarious maniacs that don't really work but eat, drink Gatorade, work out, and play practice all day while other people work. Is it really a surprise that one of them would send a teammate over a thousand lewd voice mails. The suppose jock culture allows stuff like this and anywhere else in any other workplace people would of immediate be brought to the human resource department and shown the door. There is a different standard for the NFL player and it took a racial remark about the players mother to have this shown to the public that worships these overweight and overpaid athletes they so love.
