She gives suggestions for the rug proteins depending if you are a sat oxidizer or slow oxidizer.as with most exercise books by celebrities this book is full of menu choices and pictures of Jillian squaring and bendinghem mo inn her favorite exercises to making the cut. Few American women can follow the strict guidelines and exercises that Jillian suggests and this book gives them mostly hope to be optimistic. The pictures are small and the book publisher needs to republish the pictures of Jillian in much larger format and with color would be nice.

The oat favorite exercise I have of her in this book is her doing the dead lift on page 200 as she really squats ow with the five pound barbell. The frog kicks Jillian does on page 208 are nice as well as she really stead,es the machine. Ms Michaels looks good in yoga pants and it is good to see her do exercises and not just plain yoga in them. Al in all this is anger cool book to fli trough and watch a celebrity woman give advice to other female readers on whynshe has such a better body than the reader.
